 o accept comments on the State Planning Council&rsquo\;s (SPC) implementat
 ion of the Federal Transportation Planning Process in accordance with fede
 ral statute.\nThe primary purpose of the certification review is to ensure
  that the required planning activities of 23 USC 134  and 49 USC 5303 are 
 being satisfactorily implemented by the SPC. This meeting will be your opp
 ortunity to talk directly with FHWA and FTA concerning your views on the t
 ransportation planning process in the MPO area. The State Planning Council
  and its Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) announce that two public 
 meetings will be held in conjunction with regular meetings of these public
  bodies and the MPO&rsquo\;s quadrennial Federal Certification Review on:\
