 nlawfully parked in accessible parking spots by submitting photos to the a
 pp.​\n\n\n​\n\n\nAccessible Plate for Motor Vehicles - S2178 and H7308
  - Establishes "adaptive vehicle license plates" for individuals with sign
 ificant mobility impairments. These are for vehicles with permanent design
  modifications, such as ramps and lifts.\n\n\n​\n\n\nRhode Island Inclus
 ive Home Design Act - S2473 and H8021 - Mandates that new single-family ho
 mes, townhouses, and multi-family homes built after July 1, 2027, must inc
