rogram - S2995 and H7050 - Allows residents to report vehicles that are un
lawfully parked in accessible parking spots by submitting photos to the ap
p.\n\n\n\n\n\nAccessible Plate for Motor Vehicles - S2178 and H7308
- Establishes "adaptive vehicle license plates" for individuals with signi
ficant mobility impairments. These are for vehicles with permanent design
modifications, such as ramps and lifts.\n\n\n\n\n\nRhode Island Inclusi
ve Home Design Act - S2473 and H8021 - Mandates that new single-family hom
es, townhouses, and multi-family homes built after July 1, 2027, must incl
ude at least one floor with accessible features.\n\n\n\n\n\nCh
arity Plate - S2815 and H7229 - Creates a special license plate for Real A
