 port vehicles that are unlawfully parked in accessible parking spots by su
 bmitting photos to the app.​\n\n\n​\n\n\nAccessible Plate for Motor Ve
 hicles - S2178 and H7308 - Establishes "adaptive vehicle license plates" f
 or individuals with significant mobility impairments. These are for vehicl
 es with permanent design modifications, such as ramps and lifts.\n\n\n​\
 n\n\nRhode Island Inclusive Home Design Act - S2473 and H8021 - Mandates t
 hat new single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-family homes built afte
 r July 1, 2027, must include at least one floor with accessible features.\
