 \n\nParking Mobility App Program - S2995 and H7050 - Allows residents to r
 eport vehicles that are unlawfully parked in accessible parking spots by s
 ubmitting photos to the app.​\n\n\n​\n\n\nAccessible Plate for Motor V
 ehicles - S2178 and H7308 - Establishes "adaptive vehicle license plates" 
 for individuals with significant mobility impairments. These are for vehic
 les with permanent design modifications, such as ramps and lifts.\n\n\n​
 \n\n\nRhode Island Inclusive Home Design Act - S2473 and H8021 - Mandates 
 that new single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-family homes built aft
 er July 1, 2027, must include at least one floor with accessible features.
