o. The training will walk through the steps an organization needs to take
to start or grow a nonpartisan voter engagement initiative. No matter whet
her you plan to start small and simple or you have big ideas and capacity,
this training will help attendees put those ideas into an action plan. Th
e plan will include talking points and strategies to answer questions and
gain investment from leadership and board, resources for learning the elec
tion laws in your state, and a template timeline for integrating voter eng
agement activities into the work you are already doing. Participants will
leave the training with a draft plan for voter engagement at their organiz
