The premise of the course and the book is that being interpersonally competent is a determinant of both professional and personal success.\n \nDuring the webinar, we will explore how to move a relationship along a continuum from dysfunctional, or in which there is contact but no connection, to one that is at a minimum robust and functio nal, as well as what it takes to move a relationship even farther down the continuum to exceptional.
