Whether you're u pdating a required staff workshop, creating a new volunteer training, or b uilding a professional development series, this session will walk you thro ugh the full training lifecycle - from identifying participant needs to ap plying adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and Bloom&rsquo\;s Taxonomy.

In this session, you&rsquo\;ll learn how to develop clear and outcome-driven learning objec tives, select instructional strategies to engage different types of learne rs, and plan content using a person-centered approach to deliver content t hat meets the needs of your audience. We will look at how to create engagi ng activities to support knowledge retention and create participant-center ed experiences, whether you're training in person or online. We&rsquo\;ll also cover techniques to reduce facilitation anxiety and improve engagemen t, even in trainings within mandatory settings.
