Train the Trainer: Cur riculum Planning to Engaged Delivery to Participant-Centered Practice is a hands-on workshop designed for anyone responsible for designing and deliv ering trainings, orientations, or learning experiences. Whether you're upd ating a required staff workshop, creating a new volunteer training, or bui lding a professional development series, this session will walk you throug h the full training lifecycle - from identifying participant needs to appl ying adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks like AD DIE and Bloom&rsquo\;s Taxonomy.

In this session, yo u&rsquo\;ll learn how to develop clear and outcome-driven learning objecti ves, select instructional strategies to engage different types of learners , and plan content using a person-centered approach to deliver content tha t meets the needs of your audience. We will look at how to create engaging activities to support knowledge retention and create participant-centered experiences, whether you're training in person or online. We&rsquo\;ll al so cover techniques to reduce facilitation anxiety and improve engagement, even in trainings within mandatory settings.
