In this session, y ou&rsquo\;ll learn how to develop clear and outcome-driven learning object ives, select instructional strategies to engage different types of learner s, and plan content using a person-centered approach to deliver content th at meets the needs of your audience. We will look at how to create engagin g activities to support knowledge retention and create participant-centere d experiences, whether you're training in person or online. We&rsquo\;ll a lso cover techniques to reduce facilitation anxiety and improve engagement , even in trainings within mandatory settings.
