The premise of the course and the book is that being interper sonally competent is a determinant of both professional and personal succe ss.\n \nDuring the webinar, we will explore how to move a relationship alo ng a continuum from dysfunctional, or in which there is contact but no con nection, to one that is at a minimum robust and functional, as well as wha t it takes to move a relationship even farther down the continuum to excep tional.
