  and have fun!\n \nHealing Through the Arts is a supportive dance and move
 ment program presented by KCRS Youth Empowerment. Participants will use mo
 vement as a healthy way to express emotions, relieve stress, strengthen co
 nfidence, and connect with others.\n \nNo dance experience is required. Co
 me as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and be ready to move! Following
