Rhode Island's No Matter Why You Use campaign is part of the State's comprehensive response to reduce overdose deaths and save lives. According to 2024 Rhode Island Department of Health data, people in this age group experienced significantly higher rates of accidental drug overdose deaths compared to the general population.
