Never underestimate the stability nonprofits offer in RI: Commentary
Growing up in Pawtucket, the Boys & Girls Club there was more than just a building. For my friends and me, and for so many other kids, it was a second home. It was the place you went after school, where you could hang out on a Friday evening, and where you cheered loudly during basketball games. But above all, it was a place your parents trusted and a place where you were safe and given room to be a kid.
