ELI+ is designed to deepen leadership capacity through structured learning, peer engagement, and applied practice through an equity lens. In partnership with INP's Core program, ELI+ is part of a coordinated leadership development pathway that strengthens alignment across programs and creates meaningful opportunities for continued growth and connections.
We invite eligible candidates to apply and take the next step in the leadership development journey. To help prospective applicants learn more about the ELI+ and INP Core programs, INP is hosting two virtual information sessions covering program expectations, structure, and the application process. The registration links are below.
During each session, there will be an overview of:
-Program goals and learning outcomes
-Participation requirements and time commitment
-Key program dates
-Application components and selection criteria
