Managing people and programs is at heart of every nonprofit. Whether you are looking for ways to grow trust, manage conflict, plan and evaluate programs, manage intergenerational teams, become more people-centered, boost retention, or give your managers the skills they need to help steer the ship, MNA’s virtual Accelerator series offers a full curriculum in the topics that best meet your needs.
Participants from your entire team can take part in six sessions over three weeks, totaling nine hours of live classroom time on Zoom. Participants will explore the nonprofit fundamentals and leave with tools, protocols, and confidence implementing best practices in areas from performance management to budget planning to team culture.
Session 1 and 2: Building a Foundation of Trust
- December 1 and 3: 2 p.m.
Session 3 and 4: Practical Planning and Evaluation for Nonprofit Managers
- December 8 and 10: 2-4 p.m.
Session 5 and 6: Managing and Supporting Employee Performance
- December 15 and 17: 2-4 p.m.
Attendees will have access to all session recordings and resources for six months after the conclusion of the course.
