Executive Director & Deputy Director Learning Circles
GROW AND LEARN WITH FELLOW LEADERS
The Alliance for Nonprofit Impact knows that our communities depend on strong nonprofits and nonprofits depend on strong leaders. The Alliance is proud to offer several programs to help current and emerging nonprofit leaders grow and reach their potential.
Executive Director Learning Circle and Deputy Director Learning Circle
The Executive Director Learning Circle and Deputy Director Learning Circle are year-long peer learning cohort programs supported by funding from BankNewport.
ELDC and DDLC utilizes a cohort-based, coaching approach focused on current challenges facing participants, grow their skills and knowledge, and build a relational network for leaders in what is often isolating work. Topics covered include critical issues like board engagement, fund development, risk management, and the alignment of mission, staff and strategies.
Dulari Tahbildar is the 2026-2027 DDLC facilitator. Dulari designs and leads DDLC as a community of practice, engaging participants in authentic relationship-building, scaffolded skill-building, and collaborative problem-solving. We hone in on building a shared practice unique to those fulfilling second-in-command roles. We dive into real-time dilemmas that encompass a wide range of topics and skills including fund development, strategic planning, staff development & management, and board development.
Dulari is the founder and principal of Dulari Tahbildar Coaching & Consulting LLC. Before becoming an independent coach and consultant, Dulari spent 20+ years as a leader in mission-driven non-profit organizations and public schools.
