RI's nonprofits are integral to supporting working families: Commentary
As a full-time working mom with two kids in school, I know the summer struggle all too well. I want my children to enjoy the freedom these months bring, but I also don't want them spending weeks on the couch or in front of screens. Like many parents, I believe that summer must balance rest and fun with a safe, engaging place for them to be.
