We can’t underestimate RI's environmental nonprofits: Commentary

Growing up in North Scituate and later spending significant time in Western Massachusetts near the Berkshires, I developed an early appreciation for the outdoors, especially our wooded areas. And, like a lot of teens of my generation, I spent many summers working as a landscaper, which only deepened my admiration for nature.
