This interactive session invites participants to explore practical ways to integrate spiritual self-care into both personal life and organizational culture. Through guided reflection, experiential practices, and facilitated discussion, participants will:

• Explore what spiritual care needs are and why they matter

• Engage with spiritual practices that cultivate compassion for self and others, encourage rest and taking sabbath time, and foster hospitality and belonging

• Consider a range of spiritual practices drawn from diverse traditions and perspectives

• Develop a personalized set of simple, repeatable spiritual practices they can put into action immediately

This workshop is designed to help individuals and organizations ground themselves by intentionally tending to spiritual needs. By cultivating practices of spiritual care, participants will be better equipped to promote human flourishing in their lives, workplaces, and communities where people feel grounded, connected, and supported.
