Presentation Learning Objectives::

Categorize Team Dynamics Using "Human Physics": Participants will be able to identify and categorize four distinct staff reactions to change—Invested, Resistant, Apathetic, and Accepting—and apply the "Law of Inertia" to develop targeted engagement strategies for each group.

Evaluate Leadership Communication Styles: Participants will analyze the differences between Weak, Authoritative, and Assertive leadership behaviors, specifically as they relate to navigating internal promotions and maintaining professional boundaries with former peers.

Construct a "First 90-Days" Transition Plan: Participants will draft a strategic framework for their first three months in a leadership role, prioritizing "Finding Your Voice" and establishing operational synchronicity through assertive communication and clear performance expectations.
