They are people who effortlessly have power when they speak, when they lead a meeting, and when they enter a room or a conversation. These people make things happen. They move the world forward and they do it at no one’s expense. They make it abundantly clear that every member of the team matters and has impact. They have presence and gravitas.

Presence and gravitas are not just innate traits – they are also learned skills.

In this 1.5-day workshop, you will examine, modify, and strengthen your verbal habits, physical patterns, attire, mental habits, and more. You will also learn how to better construct and present ideas to others.

Fundraiser

The Empowerment Factory’s upcoming fundraiser, “Meet Me at the MET,” on Wed., May 6, 2026 (6:00–8:30 PM) at The MET in Pawtucket a huge success.

This spring, TEF celebrates 12 years of empowering Rhode Island children and families through free, art-based social-emotional learning programs. This event is a key opportunity to raise funds and expand our circle of community champions.

The evening will feature live music from The New Providence Big Band, food from local restaurants, raffles, and an online auction that is open now—all supporting youth in low-income communities.
