Directors are adopting AI faster than their boards learn how to govern it. That leaves the people who carry the duty of care relying on consumer tools for the most sensitive material they touch. The boards that close that gap, with written policy and governance-grade AI, rate themselves dramatically more effective.
There is a quieter cost, too. When each director preps in their own ChatGPT or Copilot account, every one of them uploads different documents, keeps different context, and ends up working from a different version of reality. The board splinters into a dozen private workflows.
This ATLAS Leadership webinar brings together OnBoard CTO Robin Fleming and security advisor Rick Doten.
