1 PM - 2 PM
Webinar

Hosted by Alliance for Nonprofit Impact partner, Nonprofit Connect

This session is for nonprofit leadership, staff, or volunteers who have committed to doing voter engagement in the next year or two. The training will walk through the steps an organization needs to take to start or grow a nonpartisan voter engagement initiative. No matter whether you plan to start small and simple or you have big ideas and capacity, this training will help attendees put those ideas into an action plan. The plan will include talking points and strategies to answer questions and gain investment from leadership and board, resources for learning the election laws in your state, and a template timeline for integrating voter engagement activities into the work you are already doing. Participants will leave the training with a draft plan for voter engagement at their organization.

1 PM - 2:30 PM
Webinar

Hosted by Nonprofit Association of Oregon

Menopause remains one of the least understood and least discussed phases of an employee’s career. With women making up a significant portion of the nonprofit workforce, it presents an opportunity to better understand and support employees during a major life transition. As organizations continue to focus on creating workplaces where people can thrive throughout their careers, greater awareness of menopause can help strengthen the employee experience and retention, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.

Drawing on both HR expertise and lived experience, this interactive webinar will explore the hormonal journey, separate myths from facts, and examine how menopause can impact employees, teams, and organizations. Participants going through or approaching menopause will gain practical tools to support self-advocacy in the workplace. HR professionals and supervisors will learn why providing meaningful support is a strategic imperative for leadership.

Note: To encourage open dialogue, participation, and trust among attendees, this webinar will not be recorded. Please ensure you can attend live during the scheduled time. This session centers on perimenopause and menopause and is intended to support people of all gender identities who are navigating these life stages in the workplace, along with leaders responsible for HR, work culture, and supporting employees.
