Wicked problems don’t stay still. Poverty, health inequity, educational disparities, and other social challenges continue to evolve even as organizations navigate tighter funding, stretched teams, and growing expectations.
Join the Center for Creative Leadership for a conversation about building the leadership capacity needed to navigate complexity and advance a mission over time.
Drawing on research and real-world examples from nonprofits, foundations, schools, and community organizations, we’ll explore how investing in people can strengthen the relationships, networks, and shared commitment that make lasting progress possible.
In this webinar, you’ll learn:
Why leadership capacity is critical for addressing complex social challenges
How to build shared direction and alignment across teams and coalitions
How leadership development can create ripple effects across organizations and communities
