By now, most fundraisers are familiar with how generative AI can help them quickly develop donor communications and lighten their administrative load. But savvy fundraisers are getting more out of their donor databases by turning to another smart tool: predictive AI. This technology can help analyze donor data to identify supporters with greater giving potential, spot patterns in donor retention and engagement, and inform decisions about campaigns, outreach, and cultivation. Predictive AI capabilities are often built into customer relationship management platforms and wealth-screening tools, but fundraisers can also use lower-cost AI tools to explore and analyze data in spreadsheets.
Join the Chronicle for a free online forum to learn from fundraisers who are using these tools to make smarter decisions about whom to reach, how to prioritize prospects, and where to focus their fundraising efforts. Our expert panel will discuss how they incorporate AI and predictive tools into their work, why good data hygiene matters, and how these analyses are shaping donor outreach, cultivation, and fundraising strategy.
