Welcome to Tech Forward, a two and a half-day conference centered around nonprofit technology and its power to change the way nonprofits work and impact the world. Here, nonprofit leaders, CIOs, IT Directors, experts, and visionaries convene and learn from one another through case studies, interactive workshops and discussions.

Tech Forward provides nonprofits of all sizes and varying levels of technology expertise with a forum to learn how technology can be leveraged to advance their mission. Participants walk away with technical know-how, tangible plans and inspiring examples.

This session explores practical strategies for planning, coordinating, and managing events that advance your mission without overextending your organization.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Align event activities with event goals, such as attendance, engagement, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising.
• Evaluate different types of events and identify tools and resources to support effective event management.
• Prioritize what matters most, make thoughtful use of available resources, and deliver engaging experiences that meet your goals.

Securing funding through grants can be a vital part of sustaining your nonprofit’s programs and services. This four-session training course led by Sarah DeCataldo of Charis, LLC is designed to help you understand the fundamentals of grant writing and equip you with the skills to craft compelling proposals. We will cover key aspects from introducing your organizations to funders to preparing for submission.

This program consists of four in-person sessions.
