Whether due to retirement or resignation, for happy or sad reasons, a Knowledge Exodus is inevitable. To sustain your impact and avoid the frustration of having to relearn how to succeed, nonprofit organizations must understand the value of their team’s knowledge and proactively preserve it.

In this session, we’ll explore how to identify and preserve institutional knowledge. Attendees will learn proven frameworks and practice building a prioritized action plan. By the end of the session, attendees will have their own roadmap and know the specific next step to take to reduce their risk.

This workshop is designed for nonprofit leaders who want to strengthen their organization’s resilience and reduce single points of risk. No need for a new platform or big initiative. Just simple, strategic steps your team can take starting now.
